Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
Pre-order delivery times
The PlayerMind Journal is sold as a limited pre-order. Delivery is up to 6 weeks from the date you place your order. Your order is produced after you pay, so it is not shipped on the day you order.
If we expect your order to take longer than this, we will email you to let you know and you can choose to cancel for a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
Delivery costs
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch confirmation
When your order is dispatched we will email you to let you know it is on its way, with tracking details where the service provides them.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away at PlayerMindjournal@gmail.com and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
