The PlayerMind Journal is a football journal for players. It turns the mental side of the game into something you can practise, track and improve, in a few minutes a day across a full season.

Is it dated?

What is it made of?
It is an A5 faux leather hardback with 90gsm ivory pages, a gold ribbon bookmark and a 180 degree lay-flat binding.
Is it a good gift for a footballer?
It is a practical gift for any footballer, whether they play grassroots, in an academy or semi-professionally. Because it is undated, they can start it whenever they receive it. It is an understated dark green and gold design that fits in a kit bag.
Is it a football journal for men?
It is a football journal for any player. Men and boys playing at every level use it to track training, matches and mindset.
Is it a replacement for professional help?
No. The journal is a self-reflection tool, not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.
